Ordering and Delivery

• You can order food from our restaurant through our website, phone, or in person.

• You can choose to pick up your order from our restaurant or have it delivered to your address.

• We will do our best to prepare and deliver your order within the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, for reasons such as unavailability of ingredients, high demand, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

• If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full.

• You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information, such as your name, phone number, address, and payment details. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in your information that may affect your order or delivery.

• You are also responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the specified time and location. If no one is available, we may leave the order at the door or return it to our restaurant, at our discretion. In either case, you will still be charged for the order.

Payment and Pricing

• You can pay for your order using cash, credit card, debit card, or any other payment method that we accept.

• We will charge you the price of the food items plus any applicable taxes and delivery fees. The prices are subject to change without notice, but we will always inform you of the total amount before you confirm your order.

• If you pay by credit card or debit card, you authorize us to charge your card for the amount of your order. You also confirm that you are the authorized user of the card and that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction.

• If you pay by cash, you agree to pay the exact amount of your order. We do not accept checks or other forms of payment.

• You may be eligible for discounts, coupons, or other promotions that we offer from time to time. To redeem them, you must enter the relevant code or present the valid coupon before placing your order. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.

Quality and Satisfaction

• We strive to provide you with high-quality food and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

• Depending on the situation, we may offer you a refund, a replacement, a credit, or a discount for your next order. However, this is at our sole discretion and we are not obligated to do so.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges of food items unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and provide us with proof of purchase and a photo of the problem.

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or illnesses that may result from consuming our food. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee that our food is free of allergens or contaminants.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our food and services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our food and services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with your use of our food and services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our food and services; (b) your breach or violation of these terms and conditions; © your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your negligence or misconduct.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our food and services after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
